Who is responsible
SAC Fashion Global Ltd (CRO 809740), trading as SAC & Friends, is the controller of information collected through this brand-partner form. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact support@sacollectioneire.com.
What we collect
We collect the name, business contact details and brand information you provide; questionnaire answers; and the signatory name, legal entity, role, agreement and acknowledgement choices. We also record a submission identifier, website and Google receipt timestamps, document versions, exact agreed wording and integrity hashes. Please do not include sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people. The application does not add your IP address to the response sheet; hosting providers may process connection information in their operational logs.
Why and on what basis
We use responses to evaluate potential brand partnerships, understand brands’ needs and respond to requested enquiries. For company representatives, our basis is our legitimate interest in assessing and discussing relevant business relationships, balanced against your rights. For sole traders requesting steps towards a contract, we rely on those requested pre-contract steps where applicable. We retain agreement evidence and protect the service based on our legitimate interests in administering agreements, preventing abuse and establishing or defending legal claims. Legal obligations apply where a law requires retention or disclosure.
Your choices
Required fields are needed to assess the response and identify the party agreeing to the NDA. You may leave optional fields blank or choose not to submit. Without the required information and NDA agreement, this form cannot be completed. Privacy acknowledgement records that the notice was presented; it is not consent to all processing. We do not use these checkboxes to subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing. We will use your expressed follow-up preferences when responding about this enquiry.
Who receives information
Access is limited to authorised SAC personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and store responses. The website uses Sites hosting and a server-side Google Apps Script receiver; responses are stored in a restricted Google Sheet. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary and lawful. We do not publish individual responses. Service providers may process information outside the EEA; contact the privacy address for details of the applicable transfer arrangements and how to obtain relevant safeguards.
How long we keep it
We review inactive enquiries 12 months after the last substantive interaction and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. If a partnership proceeds, relevant records move into that relationship’s records. We retain only the agreement evidence and information reasonably needed for continuing confidentiality obligations, applicable legal requirements or an actual or reasonably anticipated claim, and review that need periodically. Restricted backup copies follow the relevant provider’s backup lifecycle. A deletion request will be assessed against these purposes and legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is separately used, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact support@sacollectioneire.com; we may need proportionate identity checks. You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie or your local supervisory authority. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing of this form.
Records and updates
The form saves the exact notice and NDA versions presented alongside the submission. Revised documents do not retrospectively change your agreement. A successfully saved response produces a reference and downloadable record. These records are not a verified electronic signature service and do not verify ownership of the submitted email address.
